Please take a few minutes to review the Terms and Conditions. Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions Are Subject To Change.
Lana Furniture reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. We encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase our products.
If you place an order on the internet or over the phone with us, by giving us your credit card, you automatically agree and are bound to all the Terms and Conditions of LanaFurniture.
Lana Furniture does not keep your credit card information on our website. All of your credit card and payment information is sent to our processing company, Authorize.net, who processes the payment and immediately encrypts the data to ensure no one will be able to use it. We know that there have been many data breaches with major retailers, online and offline, and we want to assure all of our customers that we have never kept credit card data, and will continue to follow these steps for your safety.
All purchases must be paid in full at the time the order is placed regardless of the shipping time.
Simply add the items to your cart or request a quote to get additional discount on most orders. Some orders may not qualify for an additional discount. Please note that some manufacturers do not allow us to show the discount on the internet, therefore the discount will not show up. Please use the "Request a Quote" or "Email Us" button to get an instant price quote. Sales items do not get additional discount. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are generally limited to defects in materials and craftsmanship. The manufacturer's warranty begins when the merchandise is delivered. Lana Furniture provides no warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties are expressly and specifically disclaimed. Lana Furniture shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages. While the manufacturer will repair items due to defects in materials and craftsmanship, the customers will be responsible for the delivery fee if the item is replaced or repaired. The item might have been purchased with free delivery, but we will not deliver the replacement or repaired item free of charge. The delivery fee on repaired item is the customer's responsibility and must be paid in advance. There is no warranty on sale, special price, special promo products.
Please note that the manufacturers reserve the right to repair all defective furniture. Defective furniture will only be replaced if the item is not repairable by a professional repair company. All our furniture are strictly for residential use. If you purchase our furniture for commercial use, all warranty are voided. Manufacturers do not offer warranty on sale products.

Finish of the Product
Please note that Lana Furniture cannot guarantee that any particular finish on any product will match exactly to the same finish which may have been seen locally or on the internet. The lighting in the picture itself can cause the finish to look brighter or darker than it actually is. Finishes may vary due to differences in dye lots, climate, and the uniqueness of the artisans hand applied application. Every one interprets wood species, color descriptions and color differently. Leather Products: Natural marking such as scars, brands, wrinkles, grain variations, etc., will be considered normal characteristics and not construed as defects. Natural markings and color variations can and will occur. As all dye lots are different, an exact color match cannot be guaranteed to any sample you may have seen. Sample swatches are to be used as a starting reference point only. Natural stone, crystal rocks, pen shell, etc. come in different shapes with natural markings and color variations. There are several types of pen shell, some old and young, they each give a different color when lit. The variation in all these products does not constitute a reason for return. Wooden Products: Due to the natural characteristics of wood, there may be variations in color, grain, sheen, and sizes. Sizes: Any and all sizes are those listed by the manufacturer. Actual sizes may vary slightly within industry standards and are understood and accepted. All product images on our site are given to us by our manufacturers and are represented to the best of our ability. However, computer screens can distort color. Studio light where the pictures are taken by the manufaturer are different from home lighting. For all these reasons, customer purchasing online should be aware that an item may look different online than in person.
Please note that all measurements are approximate and are not exact. It is industry standard that it might vary within 2" particularly for products that are hand made.
All "White Glove" deliveries are configured for normal conditions and takes 4-6 weeks. Additional charges may apply for unusual delivery conditions not disclosed at the time of order. Unusual conditions may include, but are not limited to, excessive toll roads, ferries, areas where the delivery vehicle cannot access due to road conditions or weather conditions, narrow driveways, very steep driveways or access roads, very narrow stairways, circular or spiral stairways, stairways with narrow transitions, more than two flights of stairs, narrow doorways or openings. You will be contacted 1 to 10 days prior to delivery to arrange a delivery window. Lana Furniture does not guarantee exact time or day of week deliveries. Normal deliveries are scheduled between 9-7, 7 days per week, 364 days a year for white glove deliveries. Even though the delivery company do delivery on the weekends, there is no guarantee that they could deliver your furniture on the weekend. It depends on the delivery company's schedule and it depends on where you live. Our delivery partner will call you to schedule a delivery date. Once you confirm that you will be available during the scheduled time frame, your furniture is loaded in sequence for delivery and if you are not able to accept the delivery during the scheduled time frame, you will be required to pay for the additional transportation and handling and additional charges for a re-delivery fee. If the delivery was free of charge, it is only applicable if you were available during the scheduled time frame. We will not pay for a re-delivery fee because you fail to keep your appointment. If you refuse to pay for the re-delivery fee, you will still be charged for the merchandise not delivered along with any additional cost that might incur including but not limited to storage fee and all legal fee involved in the dispute. Re-delivery fee must be paid directly to the delivery company in a form of a cashier check or money order. Delivery company does not accept check or cash. If you cannot accept delivery within 30 days from the day the furniture is picked up, there will be a storage fee of $20 per box (not per item, per month, i.e. the dining table might come in 3 boxes or more, the bed usually comes in 3 boxes or more). The storage fee must be paid before the delivery company will release the furniture.
All in-home and set-ups are configured for two person hand carried scenarios. No provisions are allowed for machinery, ropes or hoists to be used; nor removal of any doors or windows to allow access. It is the customer's responsibility to have any rooms ready to accept the furniture. The customer is responsible for understanding the furniture dimensions and measuring his/her home to insure that the furniture ordered will fit in the designated areas. It is also the customer's responsibiity to make sure that there is clearance for the delivery company to take the furniture ordered to the designated area. Delivery personnel will not hang items. If additional assistance is required, customer must assume responsibility of all additional charges incurred. You may not refuse a delivery if the furniture will not fit in a designated room. You may, however, return them subject to our return policy terms and conditions. Please see our Shipping/Return Policy.
If you purchase a headboard, there is no set up involved. We will not hook up headboards to your metal frams. Please note that we do not hang mirrors on walls, install any thing that attaches to a permanent fixture, assembly of cribs, attaching headboards to existing bed frames, or install of adjustable wood/glass shelves. We do not setup or assemble any type of lighting.
UPS and FedEx Ground deliveries is from 9-5 Mon-Fri. Special arrangement made to accomodate a specific day or time migh incur an additional charge. The additional charge will have to be paid directly to UPS or FedEx by the customer. If your order specifies UPS/FedEx or Ground shipping, then the shipping company will be responsible for delivering your furniture only to the front door, garage or other protected area at their discretion. Please be prepared to move the furniture/accessories promptly into your home. UPS/FedEx or Ground Shipping will not discard packing materials. Products ship UPS/FedEx or Ground Shipping might require some assembly which you have to assemble yourself. Please follow the assembly instruction included in the package.
All delivery times are estimates based on the manufacturer's and delivering agent's current lead times. Lana Furniture will do everything possible to insure that the delivery meets the expected time frame, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer, supplier or delivery agent. We cannot guarantee a delivery time since it is out of our control. We can only give you an estimated delivery time between 4-6 weeks. Please keep in mind an estimated delivery time is not guaranteed. Sometimes the delivery might be less than the estimated time, other time it might take longer than the estimated time depending on where you are and where the furniture is shipping from. Deliveries may occur earlier or later than scheduled due to the nature of long-distance shipping and unforeseen events. LanaFurniture is unable to offer compensation for deliveries that do not occur as scheduled.
Certificate of Insurance - If your building requires a certificate of insurance with additional insured listed on the certificate (your management company, your condo association), there will be an additional charge to have the additional insured listed. The additional charge is based on what the insurance company will charge us to provide the certificate of insurance. Please let us know in advance of the requirement for the certificate of insurance.
Island Delivery Fees - There are additional charges for deliveries requiring traveling outside of the United States or to islands requiring ferries. These locations include, but are not limited to, Martha's Vineyard, Point Roberts, Friday Harbor, and Lopez Island. Because these costs can vary from shipment to shipment, please contact us for additional information/charges.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We've set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return process. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. All exchanges are processed as return under our return policy.
- Custom or special orders are not returnable nor cancellable once they are placed.
- All sales items are final sale. There is no manufacturer warranty on sale, special price, special promos items. We do not offer adjustment to prior sales.

- All John Richard art work, botanical and most of their accessories are made to order. They are not returnable nor cancellable once the order is placed with the manufacturer.
If you return or refuse an item because you do not like it, it does not fit your space, the color is not what you thought, or for any other reasons, it will be processed as a return item under our return policy. If you refuse any item(s); that is not returnable, you will forfeit all credit and will also be liable for the outboundI and inbound freight. If you return an item that is offered with free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund plus a 25% restocking fee based on retail price. Please note that most outbound shipping cost in your cart is the "subsidized shipping cost", you are required to pay the actual outbound shipping cost. You must call us to obtain a return authorization. No credit will be issued for unauthorized returns. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the return item arrives to us damage, you will not get a credit for it. We recommend that you insure all return items for lost and damages. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable freight, restocking fee and handling fees. Return on UPS/FedEx and ground shipping will only be accepted in its original packaging.
All items on our site are represented to the best of our ability. Customer's purchasing online should be aware that there are several reasons an item may look different online than in person. Computer screens can distort color. Studio lighting is different from environmental or home lighting. Changes in production and/or factories can affect minor design features and the appearance of fabrics and/or finishes. Sunlight can fade or affect wood over time. Every one interprets wood species, color descriptions, and color differently. For all these reasons, customers purchasing online should expect variation from the appearance of the item on our website to the appearance of the item in their home.
All information provided on our site come directly from the Manufacturers. We are only responsible to deliver all goods up to the Manufacturer's standard. Many manufacturers use distressing techniques to enhance the character and appeal of furniture. While many items with distressing are factory produced, most distressing techniques are applied by hand and will vary in type, frequency, and lightness/heaviness from one piece to the next. The unique nature of distressing is what makes each piece one-of-a -kind. Customers purchasing goods with distressing should expect the item delivered to their home to be different from the items pictured on our web site. Please note that color description varies greatly. For example an antique grey color comes in grey blue and blue grey. Some products wiill have more grey, others will have more blue. An antique blue color might have more green than blue. If the color in the picture does not match the color description, please call us to verify the color.
You may not cancel the order once it has been processed, you may return it under our return policy above. Once the manufacturer has processed the order, even if we have not picked up the actual furniture, they do not allow us to cancel the order. Please keep in mind that all orders are processed electronically and are processed as soon as you place the order. You must submit your cancellation request in writing. If you did not receive a written cancellation confirmation from us, the order was not cancelled. You are, therefore, responsible for the order and may return it under our return policy. All special orders and sale products are not cancellable. Please buy carefully.
You may not cancel an order due to a late delivery since we have no control over the delivery. All delivery dates are only estimate, delivery dates are not guaranteed. You may return it under our return policy above.
Cancellation due to damages or due to manufacturer defect will be processed as a return item under our return policy above. We reserve the right to restore and/or repair the damage item. If an item is damage beyond repair, it will be replaced and re-delivered at no additional cost to you.
Damages, Manufacturer Defect or Wrong Item Ordered
You must inspect all items and packages at the time of delivery. It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces are accounted for before you sign off the delivery. If there is any damages, at the discretion of the delivery company, the item(s) will be restored, factory repaired or replaced and re-delivered to you at our cost. All damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading and refused (only the damage item) or the delivery company will not take responsibility for it. Failure to notate damages releases the delivery company and Lana Furniture from further obligation to replace or restore your item(s). Please note that we reserve the right to restore a damage item without having to replace it. This is industry standard practice. If we cannot repair it, we will replace it. Please note that item cannot be returned for credit due to damage or manufacturer defect. We reserve the right to repair or replace the damage item. If you return an item due to damage/manufacturer defect, it will be processed as a return item under our return policy. Notify us immediately for all damages so we can expedite the claim. Customer is responsible for payment of item(s) if damages are discovered after delivery.
Please note that LanaFurniture will not restore or replace incorrect, damaged, or defective goods after the delivery team leaves. Damages or defect found after delivery CANNOT AND WILL NOT be attributed to the manufacturer or delivery company. Items shipped incorrectly will not be re-ordered unless the wrong item is returned at delivery time. LanaFurniture cannot restore, repair, or replace incorrect, damaged, or defective goods at no charge to you if the items are not refused at delivery.
All returned items must be returned in original condition and original packaging with a return authorization from us. No credit/refund will be given on unauthorized return.
If you receive an item other than what you order, you must refuse it at the time of delivery, otherwise you will have to pay for the pick up fee if the delivery company has to come back to pick up the item not ordered.
All damages on shipment by UPS/FedEx must be reported to us within 72 hours with pictures. You must keep the original packaging to return damage items. All replacements will be sent out once the damage items are returned.
If you place an order over the phone with us, you agree to be bound to all our terms and conditions.
In the event of any glitz in our system that calculate the incorrect discount or promo, or that any of our items are listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Lana Furniture shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. Lana Furniture shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and charged on your credit card. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lana Furniture shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the original charge for the order or item(s) not shipped.
Lana Furniture will collect the applicable sales tax for any shipment to an address within the State of Maryland. Sales tax will not be collected for shipments to other states. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and remit sales tax in accordance with the laws of their home state.
In the event of a dispute of payment, charge back inquiry, or credit card dispute, Lana Furniture LLC reserves the right to pursue legal recourse to recuperate expenses incurred to delivered orders, regardless of the bank or credit card company's finding for the dispute. The customer agrees to allow up to 12 weeks for Lana Furniture to provide a resolution for items that arrive incorrect or with damage or defect. If Lana Furniture LLC wins in court, the customer agrees to pay the sale of the goods plus any additional shipping, storage incurred by Lana Furniture LLC plus all collection and attorney's fee associated with the collection and/or legal process.
If the customer defames Lana Furniture LLC with untrue or incomplete information in public reviews, to the credit card companies or to the Better Business Bureau, Lana Furniture LLC reserves the right to recuperate all damages caused by the customers including but not limited to attorney's fee.
You hereby represent and warrant to us that this Agreement has been duly and validly executed and delivered by you and constitutes your legal, valid and binding obligation, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms; and that the execution, delivery and performance by you of this Agreement are within your legal capacity and power, have been duly authorized by all requisite action on your part, require the approval or consent of no other persons, and neither violate nor constitute a default under the (i) provision of any law, rule, regulation, order, Judgment or decree to which you are subject or which is binding upon you, or (ii) the terms of any other agreement, document or instrument applicable to you or binding upon you. You further agreed to be bound by all our terms and conditions by placing an order on our site.
This agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of Maryland. Any claims or disputes arising here under shall, at Lana Furniture's election, be prosecuted in the appropriate court of the State of Maryland.
