SHIPPING

- White Glove Shipping is free with most purchase.  Please add items to the cart for shipping estimate. White Glove shipping is not applicable to furniture that can be shipped via UPS or FedEx. 
- Some Furniture ships via UPS/FedEx or Ground Shipping
- Accessories will ship via FedEx/UPS or Ground Shipping
- Large Accessories that cannot ship via FedEx/UPS will ship via White Glove or Ground Shipping
- Estimated delivery time for white glove service for furniture and large accessories is 4-6 weeks. Please keep in mind an estimated delivery time is not guaranteed. Sometimes the delivery might be less than the estimated time, other time it might take longer than the estimated time depending on where you are and where the furniture is shipping from.
- Estimated delivery time for FedEx/UPS for accessories is 5-7 business day. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimated delivery time
- Deliveries may occur earlier or later than scheduled due to the nature of long-distance shipping and unforeseen events.  LanaFurniture is unable to offer compensation for deliveries that do not occur as scheduled.  
For white glove delivery service our delivery partner will call you to schedule a delivery date.  Once you confirm that you will be available during the scheduled time frame, your furniture is loaded in sequence for delivery and if you are not able to accept the delivery during the scheduled time frame, you will be required to pay for the additional transportation and handling and additional charges for a re-delivery fee.  If the delivery was free of charge, it is only applicable if you were available during the scheduled time frame.   We will not pay for a re-delivery fee because you fail to keep your appointment.  If you refuse to pay for the re-delivery fee, you will still be charged for the merchandise not delivered  along with any additional cost that might incurr including but not limited to storage fee and all legal fee involved in the dispute.   Re-delivery fee must be paid directly to the delivery company in a form of a cashier check or money order.  Delivery company does not accept check or cash.  If you cannot accept delivery within 30 days from the day the furniture is picked up, there will be a storage fee of $20 per box (not per item, per month,  i.e. the dining table might come in 3 boxes or more, the bed usually comes in 3 boxes or more).  The storage fee must be paid before the delivery  company will release the furniture.
- We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii.  There is additional freight charge for delivery to Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota,Wyoming. Please contact us for more information.

SHIPPING METHOD

White Glove Delivery Service
Our white glove delivery service includes in-home set up and assembly of all furniture, as well as removal of all packaging materials. We will not set up or assemble any type of lighting.  Our delivery partners will bring the item into your room of choice, but please be sure to have the space already prepared - they will not move any of your items. 
Furniture shipped via white glove delivery service includes set up and deliver to inside the house.  We only set up the furniture we deliver, excluding the hanging of mirrors.
All lighting shipped via white glove delivery service includes deliver to inside the house excluding set up and assembly.
We do not move your things. You must have the room ready to receive the furniture. Please note that we do not hang mirrors on walls, install anything that attaches to a permanent fixture, attach headboards to existing bed frames, or install adjustable wood/glass shelves.
White Glove Delivery typically takes between 4-6 weeks for delivery, and we will notify you of any changes to that delivery time frame as soon as possible.   Special orders and back orders will take longer.  Please contact us if you have any questions.  Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
UPS / FedEx
Items shipped via UPS/FedEx will ship out within 3-8 business days and will be delivered to your front door unless you notify FedEx/UPS differently. We will notify you immediately if there are any changes to the shipping time, and will send out a tracking number as soon as it is available.Furniture and accessories shipped via UPS or FedEx may require some assembly which you are responsible for. Inside Delivery
Items will be delivered via our preferred delivery service within 10-15 business days to inside your front door.  Drivers do not assist with unpacking or setting up delivered items. Please note all damages to the box if any on the bill of lading including any minor dent or crush to the outside of the box.  The delivery team will contact you prior to delivery. Furniture and accessories shipped via Inside delivery may require some assembly which you are responsible for - please follow the assembly instructions included in the package.
Ground Shipping
Items shipped via Ground Shipping will be delivered via our preferred delivery service within 7-14 business days to your front door or curbside, based on the carrier servicing your applicable area. Drivers do not assist with unpacking or setting up delivered items. Please note all damages to the box if any on the bill of lading including any minor dent or crush to the outside of the box.  The delivery team will contact you prior to delivery. The order may or may not require your signature at the time of delivery. Furniture and accessories shipped via Ground Shipping may require some assembly which you are responsible for - please follow the assembly instructions included in the package.
Certificate of Insurance - If your building requires a certificate of insurance with additional insured listed on the certificate (your management company, your condo, association, etc.), there will be an additional charge to have the additional insured listed. The charge is based on what the insurance company will charge us to provide the certificate of insurance. Please let us know in advance if you require a certificate of insurance for your delivery.
Island Delivery Fee - There are additional charges for deliveries requiring outside of the United States or to islands requiring ferries. These locations include, but are not limited to, Martha's Vineyard, Point Roberts, Friday Harbor, and Lopez Island. Because these costs can vary, please contact us for additional information/charges.

RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We've set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods.
Non returnable items:
- Custom or special orders are not returnable nor cancellable.
- Sale items. Please note that there is no manufacturer warranty on sale items. We do not offer adjustment to prior sales because the manufacturers do not offer adjustment to prior sales.
- All products above $5,000 are not returnable
- Assembled and/or Modified items or out of original packaging.
- Bathroom vanities, sinks, faucets and vanity mirrors.
- All accessories, including but not limited to: small/large accessories, botanical florals, decorative accessories, floor decors, lighting, mirrors, wall decor, tapestries, etc.
- Bedding.
- Fireplaces Surrounds, Fireplace Mantels, Fireplace Screens, and Electric Fireplaces.
- Oversized Game Tables, including but not limited to: Shuffle Board Tables, Pool Tables and Pool Tables Accessories.
- Headboards.
- Discontinued items are not returnable
- Any other items listed as not being eligible for returns on our site
- All John Richard art work, botanical and most of their accessories are made to order.  They are not returnable nor cancellable once the order is placed with the manufacturer.

If you return or refuse an item because you do not like it, it does not fit your space, the color is not what you thought, or for any other reasons, it will be processed as a return item under our return policy. If you refuse any item(s); that is not returnable, you will forfeit all credit and will also be liable for the outboundI and inbound freight. If you return an item that is offered with free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund plus a 25% restocking fee based on retail price. Please note that most outbound shipping cost in your cart is the "subsidized shipping cost", you are required to pay the actual outbound shipping cost.  Please call us to obtain a return authorization. No credit will be issued for unauthorized returns. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  If the return item arrives to us damage, you will not get a credit for it. We recommend that you insure all return items for lost and damages.  All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable freight, restocking fee and handling fees.  All items must be returned in its original packaging.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. Processed orders must be returned under our Returns policy outlined above. Once the manufacturer has processed the order, even if we have not picked up the actual furniture, they do not allow us to cancel the order. All orders are processed electronically and are processed as soon as you place the order. Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing. If you do not receive a written cancellation confirmation from us, the order was not cancelled. You are, therefore, responsible for the order and may return it under our return policy. All special orders and sale products are not cancellable. Please buy carefully.
You may not cancel an order due to a late delivery since we have no control over the delivery.  All delivery dates are only estimate dates, delivery dates are not guaranteed.  You may return it under our return policy above.
Cancellation or return due to damages or manufacturer defect will be processed as a return item under our return policy above.  We reserve the right to restore and/or repair the damage item.  If the item is damage beyond repair, it will be replaced and re-delivered to you at no additional cost to you. 

DAMAGES

You must inspect all items and packages at the time of delivery.  It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces are accounted for before you sign off the delivery.  If there is any damages, at the discretion of the delivery company, the item(s) will be restored, factory repaired or replaced and re-delivered to you at our cost.  All damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading and refuse only the damage item or the delivery company will not take responsibility for it.  Failure to notate damages releases the delivery company and Lana Furniture from further obligation to replace or restore your item(s). Notify us immediately for all damages so we can expedite the claim.  Customer is responsible for payment of item(s) if damages are discovered after delivery.  Please note that we reserve the right to repair all damage items to factory level.  We will not replace the item if the damage can be restored or factory repaired.   Please note that item cannot be returned for credit due to damage or manufacturer damage.  We reserve the right to repair or replace the damage item.  If you return an item due to damage/manufacturer defect, it will be processed as a return item under our return policy. All returned items must be returned in original condition and original packaging with a return authorization from us. 
If you receive an item other than what you ordered, you must refuse it at the time of delivery, otherwise you will have to pay for the pickup fee if the delivery company has to come back to pick up the incorrect item. All damages on shipment by UPS/FedEx, ground shipping, inside delivery must be reported to us within 24 hours with pictures. You must keep the original packaging to return damaged items. We reserve the right to repair or replace all damages.  Cancellation due to damages will be processed under our return policy.  All replacements will be sent out once the damaged items are returned.
 
All damages by freight company to your house and/or to your personal belongings during delivery is limited to 10% of your total purchase not to exceed $500.  Please have the room empty for delivery of your furniture to avoid any problem.

SALES TAX

Lana Furniture will collect the applicable sales tax for any shipment to an address within the State of Maryland. Sales tax will not be collected for shipments to other states. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and remit sales tax in accordance with the laws of their home state.
